John Gets Old School and Helps Raise Some Money for Charity
On Saturday, October 1st, John decided to dust of some of the old-school digs and attended Dancing For Drops, a charity event benefitting Wyoming's Engineers Without Borders and their Kenyan Water Distribution Project.
The event, which featured the musical talents of Swing Essence was a success, bringing people of varying ages and backgrounds together for an incredible evening of swing dancing and big band music.
John was pleased to be accompanied by the beautiful Elise Sylar and enjoyed a great evening off with some close friends to benefit a great cause.

Kyle Cease Is One of the Funniest Comedians Alive... and One of the Most Insightful
On Wednesday, September 21, the 2009 winner of Comedy Central's Comic Showdown, Kyle Cease brought down the house, then rebuilt it better than it was before. Cease, who has found success both in comedy and film lent his own brand of humor to the evening's festivities but also gave his very insightful views on life, dreams, and the ability to succeed.
John felt that Cease's performance, and following presentation hit close to home. He, much like Cease has seen some of hardships associated with getting into the entertainment business but continues to find ways (even if it means concoting ones on the fly) of making anything possible. Kyle was kind enough to spend some time with John following his show which will be touring the country in 2011. Do yourselves a favor and go see his show!

John Entertains Ross Mathews
Following an amazing performance at The University of Wyoming, world-famous comedian and entertainer Ross Mathews took some time to speak with John. After an earlier communicaiton, Ross learned about John's abilities as a magican and put him on the spot. Thankfully, John came prepared and wowed Ross as well as the surrounding crowd.
Aside from being a hilarious comic, Ross also shared a lot of background from his life; the ups, downs, ins, and outs and what we can do when faced with similar adversities. Ross recently recieved the Visibility Award from the Human Rights Campaign and continues his philanthropic work for a cause that he and John both support; standing up for equal rights and treatment for all people, including the LGBTQ community.
